Your business mentor or friend just launched that amazing project and it went down seamlessly.
You are stuck with post-its, a halfway done Trello board, and your paper planner wondering how anything gets done- let alone done well. Plus, your team may be secretly plotting against you because you haven’t made a single deadline this month. Ugh, so annoying!
There’s a better way to gather round everyone and get them on the same page. To make sure you aren’t keeping a separate list of your to do’s and that you are making sure you are pacing your workload in line with your life and family priorities.
The Progress System™ is amazing, but sometimes you need a near intervention of the #allthethings to do lists. You need someone to step in, assess what you’ve got going on and where it’s happening (or not) and build you a plan of attack that adapts to your team and your work.
If you are thinking “Holy moly. . .That’s exactly what I need. Sign me up!” then you’re going to love the VIP (Very IMPORTANT Progress) Intensive.
The VIP (Very IMPORTANT Progress) Intensive
is 5 two-week sprints that will transform your #allthethings to do list into a proven, transparent method. Gone are the days of your team over here doing there thang and you with scraps of paper with all the to do’s trying to keep your head above water.
Let me tell you what you can expect from our time together:
- Real benchmarks on where you are – point A- and a and a custom path to get you to point B. This determines the direction of the intensive!
- A single place to manage your projects, even the crazy “if I ever get ahead” ones! Plus, how to pivot or work new projects into the system without all the wheels coming off!
- To look at things a little differently, so you might have a little resistance to this method at first.
- Lean on me through two sprints of implementation so you can become super familiar with how we adapt the system to your business.
- Not to be left all by your lonesome to run this thing once the intensive is completed. We will hand you over the keys, including a training manual and slowly step away over the last sprint until you have your bearings.
Here is how the VIP Intensive breaks down, sprint per sprint:

FAQ
How is this going to affect my team and how we are doing things?
I can bet, if I asked your team they can come up with 10 things that would help them do their job better. The top 2 would be clearer expectations & project details and not to be waiting on you finish your tasks- which affects how quickly they can get their job done. This system tackles so many issues, including clarifying details, deadlines, and task responsibilities. Plus, we remove completely or control the domino effect of missed deadlines.
How much of my existing Trello or Asana will you be changing?
What I like to do is start fresh with our own Progress Boards that use similar information or workflows your current system has. We will refer back to what is working or not working to adapt the Progress System™ to your needs. The goal is to fine-tune your boards so you don’t need the other systems.
I also need much better workflow and systems, can you do that?
System documentation is not my strongest suit. If you need detailed steps or processes laid out we can work together to find a person that can do exactly that. Most of the time, when we are working through the setup we catch glaring process mistakes, but you still may need more thorough process documentation.
How does the process work?
We work in three phases during our 5 sprints together: Setup & Assessment (2 sprints), Implementation (2 sprints), and Offboarding (1 sprint). We will use Slack for communication, Zoom for calls, and your choice of Trello or Asana for project management.
How much time is this going to take me or us together?
You will need to be all in to transform your current setup into a transparent, prioritized method. We will have hundreds of decisions to make and will have to weigh different options to see what will work best for your projects and team. I estimate you will spend 3-4 hours per sprint fine-tuning this system, plus the 3 calls (1 x 60-90 minute and 2 x 30 minute).
Sign me up! How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule your complimentary inquiry call. Once we are acquainted and are sure this is the right option for you, I’ll send over the contract and 50% invoice. Once both those are signed, sealed, and delivered, we will work on scheduling and moving right into the Progress Test and our first sprint together.
